Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days as per the EU Distance Selling Regulations.


To allow us to process your return, please log in to your portal using the username (your email address) and your password you created when placing your first order. Click on the “Create a return” and confirm the item and reason for return. Please print the return note and post along with the seal back to us using RMSD or similar and we will credit your method of payment provided the item has been returned in a good condition.
